The products necessary for the traditional bulgarian lyutenitsa are: tomato and pepper concentrate (paste) , oil, sugar and spices. The production of lyutenitsa is made in single evaporators, where mixing and boiling of the products take place. The produced lyutenitsa is dosed in jars which are closed mechanically and sterilized. The sterilized jars are marked with the date of expire and labeled . Finally the jars go in order in stacks and are foiled.
