The production of frozen roasted peeled peppers has the following technological cycle: raw material should be free of damage and rottens. The separation of the handle and the seeds of the pepper is made manually, the pepper itself is baked in a special pepper baking machine. The already baked pepper goes to a peeling machine mechanically . Peeled peppers are checked for defects from the peeling. Already roasted and peeled, the peppers are calibrated in four pound plastic packages. The resulting product is subjected to freezing and moved to a cold store for storage.
